  Ok, it's in a Target store. It's small - fewer selections, no Madelines for instance. No food but it is next to the Target food court - and I was shocked to find some healthy food there - another story. I've probably been to this Starbucks (express?) a dozen times in 4 months - my better half likes skinny vanilla lattes. Longest line: 2 people ahead of me. Service: The staff, all female so far, mostly 18-30, generally have a conversation going, but they always stop right away for a customer. You don't get rushed like some Starbucks - friendly I'd say, patient and not condescending with old people which I think is a tell. They either know how to hire good customer service people or they train well. There's not a lot of wood grain in the seating area, but it's been clean so far. Target RedCard gets 5% discount - could be the trade-off for no WiFi, but I get 5 bars from the 4G cell tower across the street. I can't speak to the level of barrista artistry, but my spouse thinks the lattes taste as good as a standalone Starbucks. Backfall position: 150 yards to a Panera's across the parking lot.
